CenterPoint Small Groups...
What are CenterPoint Small Groups?
CenterPoint Small Groups are small group Bible studies made up of 4-12
people who regularly gather to care for and support one another in the
Christian life. They are a place where questions can be asked and answers
discovered through simple Bible studies that apply to your life.
What do they do?
Most groups meet weekly in member's homes or workplace and generally follow
a basic format:
* Relaxing fellowship - getting to know one another (usually includes food
and beverages)
* Interactive Bible study - learning together how God’s Word applies to our
lives
* Prayer support - sharing prayer requests and praying for each other
In addition, groups regularly participate in community service projects
together. These events not only show our community the love of Christ, but
also help to unify the group around a common task.
How can I be a part of a Small Group?
New groups are forming nearly every month and current groups are always
looking for new members. Groups are located in various places around the
Polaris area, including Lewis Center, Columbus, Westerville, and Hilliard.
The groups include both singles and couples of various ages. Simply call
Pastor Dave at 614-271-7464 or email him at
PastorDJ@peoplepc.com and
inquire about CenterPoint Small Groups. He’ll give you all the information
you need and help get you involved in a group that fits you.
“They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere
hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And he Lord
added to their number daily those who were being saved.” -- Acts
2:46-47
